Do not upload any commissioned illustrations to AI related networks. Under no circumstances can any work be used in blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, or related inventions.) or artificial intelligent generators.
The artist reserves the right to refuse your commission. They hold all copyrights to the artwork and do not permit profit or commercialisation. However these rights may be purchased at a rate of 200% the piece's worth. This is required for Vtubers, content creators and businesses for advertising purposes. With this usage right you may not mass produce or sell merchandise with the work on it, claim the artwork as your own or use it in any blockchain-related technology.Payments are 100% upfront and must be in USD only. You may request a payment plan, but the artist will not begin the work until the payment has been processed. You may request a 100% refund if the artist has not started or cancels a project. This may extend up until the artist has finished the sketch after that point there are no refunds.You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.After the sketch has been completed you may ask for corrections but beyond this point any additional corrections will be an additional fee. No drastic alterations will be accepted such as the addition or deletion of an object or accessory. If the mistake is made by the artist the revision will be free of charge.Paypal Disclaimer:

It takes time for the artist to complete commissions. One piece may take anywhere from two weeks to 3 months due to their schedule and your position in the queue. Please consider this before commissioning.

If you have a certain composition or pose in mind, include a sketch or reference photo.Content creators, businesses, and Vtubers, will need to pay a commercial fee to use the artwork commissioned due to its use in advertising. A sketch will be sent for feedback. The picture will be cleaned up and the piece will be sent to you for touch ups or minor fixes. The finished image will be sent to you via email or link as per our correspondence.Refund Policy.
I will only provide refunds to those of whom I am unable to complete their commission due to unforeseen circumstances. You may also request a refund if I have not yet sent a sketch. Feel free to ask for updates on your commission.
